Signs 1–3: mobile and speed

Text is difficult to read on a phone, important images take too long to appear, or buttons are too small and crowded. These issues affect both customer confidence and search performance.

Signs 4–6: unclear business information

Visitors cannot quickly identify the main services, service area or next step. Hours, pricing guidance or contact information conflict across the website and social profiles.

Signs 7–8: weak proof and privacy

The site relies on generic stock claims, has no clear examples, or asks for sensitive information without explaining how it is used. Trust comes from specific, verifiable detail.

Signs 9–10: ownership and maintenance

The business does not control its domain or cannot update essential information without an expensive subscription. A redesign should improve independence, not create a new lock-in.
